Eat Right, Or Die Trying!

Kale, Cabbage, Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli, Chicory, dried Cranberries, roasted Pumpkin seeds, and Poppyseed dressing. It is pretty close to a perfectly healthy dish, much closer to a fast food meal for sure. I'm becoming a real believer in this "just eat real food" idea I've seen going around and I think it's a key role in becoming healthy and setting yourself up for happiness. It's common sense. If you've got a head on your shoulders, do it. Eat simple and eat real. Over-processed foods have done major damage to today's American society as we know it in so many ways.

The kicker is that this salad tastes amazing.
